Probe
It is equipped with two sensors that measure the internal and ambient temperature. During cooking, the probe constantly transmits data to the Bimby® TM6 and the Cooking Center app.
Charger
It charges the probe and amplifies the signal. It's magnetic so you can attach it to the oven during cooking.

Made of silicone, it is used to keep the probe in place when used for soft or liquid doughs inside baking pans.
